Store Policy

We use PayPal for all our transactions. PayPal is a safe and secure payment method that accepts all major credit cards. Transactions are typically processed within 24 hours of order placement. We do not accept checks or money orders. Merchandise cannot be held without payment. Prices and available inventory are subject to change until an order is confirmed.

All our goods are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). All USPS shipments, both domestic and international, are fully insured. Tracking and insurance is standard for each shipment, unless otherwise indicated. International shipping does not always have the option of tracking, but we do insure the shipments.

We ship to the address provided to us via the Paypal transaction or email instructions. We will not be held responsible for lost goods due to any misrepresentation in the shipping address. We therefore advise each customer to double check the order after it has been processed through Paypal, in order to rule out any possible mistakes.

We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at design@mariannevanooij.com. Full refunds for most items (less shipping fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned postage prepaid in its original condition within 7 days. For pillows a 12.5% restocking fee might be applied, as all pillows are made to order. For exceptions, please contact us.

You may cancel an order for items that have not shipped; however, once items are shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted. Instead, you may return the item to our warehouse for a refund (less shipping fees and if applicable, a restocking fee).

Our goal is to be in-stock for the items that we carry. However, while we strive to have our products in-stock at all times, this is not always possible. Please contact us to verify availability. When in stock, Slim will be shipped between 5-7 business days, and all pillows will be made to order within 1-2 weeks.
